After many years of servicing the UK & Irish markets on behalf of Spradling®, CTP Textiles is now eagerly anticipating the next stage of its development. The Spradling® Group is poised to successfully acquire the remainder of CTP Textiles in order to offer a broad portfolio of coated fabrics to the Contract & Marine industries, supported by a global brand, offering unparalleled levels of customer service and support.
Iván Sepúlveda, the Managing Director of Spradling® Europe commented: “since 2006 Spradling® has enjoyed an excellent relationship with CTP & together we have successfully developed the market & catered for its needs. However, in today’s World we are all operating in a global market with global requirements. That is why SPRADLING® is cementing its presence in the UK utilising the local experience and knowledge of a prestigious company like CTP Textiles. The merger process will be completed at the end of 2016 and from 1st January 2017 CTP Textiles will become Spradling® UK Ltd.
The company will also make the official announcement at Sleep – The Hotel Design Event, that will take place in London on the 22 & 23 November. “We are honoured to exhibit for the first time at this important event during which we will present our premium coated fabrics that have been carefully engineered and designed for the European hotel industry”, said Natalia Cortés, the Marketing Coordinator for Europe.
